Building heights are measured according to the ctbuh standards. The key criteria used are as follows:

The height is defined as the vertical distance between the level of the main entrance and the architectural top of the building. This includes spires but excludes antennas, signage, flagpoles, or any other functional or technical equipment.

The total number of floors includes the ground floor.

A particular use is considered a main use if it occupies 15% or more of the building's total height.

To qualify as a building, at least 50% of the structure's total height must be occupied or in use.
